Hello, young adventurer!

You’ve found your way to the Paddie Paws Club — a very special corner of Jet Stream for younger explorers, adventurers, readers, curious minds, nature lovers and fun seekers.

Here, there are muddy paws, wagging tails, countryside adventures, curious creatures, silly stories, little challenges and lots of things to discover.

And keeping a very close eye on absolutely everything is our club mascot, Kevin the Peacock. 🦚

Kevin is colourful, curious, very important in his own mind and always seems to know when something interesting is happening.

He also considers himself Head of Security.

Nobody actually appointed him.

🌿 So… what happens inside the Paddie Paws Club?

Quite a lot, actually.

The Paddie Paws Club is where younger members of the Jet Pack get their very own little corner of the Jet Stream world.

There will be activities, challenges, countryside discoveries, competitions and plenty of fun — but there may also be a few things happening here that the grown-ups don’t know about yet.

Sssshhh… don’t tell them. 🤫

🎉 And the Best Bit? It’s FREE to Join!

That’s right — becoming a member of the Paddie Paws Club won’t cost you a penny.

No membership fee.

No subscription.

No secret grown-up charges hiding in the bushes. 😄

It’s completely FREE to join, because we want as many younger explorers, readers, animal lovers and curious minds as possible to be able to come along and join the fun.

Once you’re part of the club, you can enjoy our activities, competitions, sneak peeks, special features, Pet of the Month nominations and all the other Paddie Paws adventures we dream up along the way.

All you need is curiosity, imagination and a sense of adventure.

Kevin says excellent peacock appreciation skills are also desirable.

We’re choosing to ignore him. 🦚😂

Sometimes, Paddie Paws members might get a first look at something new before everyone else.

You could see:

✏️ New characters before they appear anywhere else
🎨 Early looks at illustrations
📖 Little extracts from stories we’re still working on
🕵️ Clues about adventures that haven’t even been announced yet

You never know what might appear here next.

Kevin will probably know.

But Kevin is terrible at keeping secrets.

🏆 Competitions & Prizes

From time to time, we’ll have special Paddie Paws competitions too.

There might be drawing competitions, photography challenges, nature spotting, puzzles, funny pet pictures, story ideas and all sorts of other things.

And yes…

There will sometimes be prizes to win! 🎁

Books, little Jet Stream goodies, surprises and maybe even a few things we haven’t thought of yet.

We want the Paddie Paws Club to belong to you too.

That means we’d love to show off some of the brilliant things our younger explorers create.

Your drawing might be featured.

Your photograph might appear.

You might win one of our challenges.

And sometimes we may even put the names of our competition winners and Paddie Paws stars right here on the Jet Stream website.

Imagine being able to tell everyone:

🐶 Nominate Your Pet!

Of course, Jet thinks dogs are wonderful.

Kevin believes peacocks should receive considerably more attention.

Paddy thinks goats are obviously superior.

And Del Boy would probably just like everyone to calm down.

So we decided there was only one fair solution…

Paddie Paws Pet of the Month! 🐾

You’ll be able to nominate your own pet for the chance to become one of our special featured pets.

Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ponies, birds…

Big pets, little pets, fluffy pets, feathery pets and slightly bonkers pets are all welcome.

Tell us a little about your pet, what makes them special and perhaps something funny they do.

They could become our next Paddie Paws Pet of the Month!

🛍️ Paddie Paws Pocket Money Corner

Now this bit is especially important.

Because sometimes you might want a little piece of Jet Stream that you can buy with your own pocket money.

So we’re planning a special little collection just for Paddie Paws members.

Small treats.

Little surprises.

Fun Jet Stream goodies.

Things that don’t need a grown-up-sized bank account. 😄

And some items may even be exclusive to the Paddie Paws Club.

Sssshhh…

We definitely didn’t tell the adults that bit either.

There will also be lots of chances to become a proper Paddie Paws Explorer.

You might be challenged to:

🍂 Find five different autumn leaves
🐦 Spot three different garden birds
🌳 Discover something interesting on a woodland walk
🐾 Look for animal footprints
🪶 Find a feather and work out who it might belong to
📸 Take a brilliant nature photograph
✏️ Draw one of the Jet Stream crew
📖 Write your own tiny adventure

Some challenges will be easy.

Some might make you think.

And some might involve getting slightly muddy.

Jet strongly approves of those ones.

That’s exactly what Paddie Paws Explorers do.

We look.

We listen.

We learn.

We care about animals and nature.

And, most importantly…

we have fun while we’re doing it.

Members of the Paddie Paws Club try their best to:

🌍 Look after the countryside.

🐝 Respect even the tiniest creatures.

🗑️ Leave wild places clean and tidy.

👀 Keep looking, learning and asking questions.

🐾 And never walk past a really good muddy puddle without at least considering jumping in it.

Jet insisted on that last one.
